I activated my subscription on May 4, 2024.
Now, since more than a year has passed, they still want to charge me, but what charges?
A penalty, as if I hadn't finished the year!!!
This is incredible!!!

I'm confused. You subscribed 18 months ago, so it appears that you finished the year and started another?
Which plan did you subscribe to? What does it say in https://account.adobe.com/ ?
Adobe Staff can see your account information while volunteer Community Experts cannot. Staff has an Adobe badge and the word "Employee" on their avatars.

This is my plan.
I started it in 2024, a year has already passed, and now I've changed jobs, I no longer need it, and I'm still paying for a service I stopped using.
If I cancel the plan now, they'll charge a penalty of almost €180.
Tomorrow I will call the two Italian offices, and I will send the relevant screenshots.

The annual plan is discounted, which is why there is a fee for early cancellation before the year ends.
For instance, Creative Cloud Pro (monthly) is full price at @$104.99 per month and can be cancelled at anytime.
The annual plan (annual commitment, billed monthly) is discounted to $69.00 per month.

each year you renew you're agreeing to another 1 year obligation. cancal at the end of your subscription (before it renews) to avoid a penalty.

Hi @Andrea Artist.
We appreciate you reaching out.
I can see that you have an active subscription to Creative Cloud pro since 1year and 6months and 5days. This is an annual plan billed monthly. As the experts mentioned above, if you choose to cancel the plan before the end of the term, an early termination fee may apply.
You can find more information about the subscription terms here: https://adobe.ly/4qL4hb7
If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!
