Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Hi

First of all I have read other discussions on this subject but got nowhere. I get it that to delete an account you have to contact Adobe Support but I can't even figure out how to do that. I've wasted 30 mins of life that I will never get back. Most accounts have a simple delete button somwhere but not Adobe. I can live with that inconvenience but not being able to email or chat to them is just ridiculos. Please tell me how I can do this!!

Also please don't direct me to this link https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html?promoid=4JW79DZL&mv=other. I've been there many times in my quest but there is no link to actually email or chat to someone.

Maybe it's staring me in the face but from reading other discussions I am not the only one who has had this problem.

Thank you
