My customer # is: REMOVED. I cancelled trial and plan, whatever it was in November. But still I am charged in December 17 and December 27... Why? and how long are you going to charge my account?

If you cancelled your trial within the 14 day grace period, you should have received a confirmation email.  Check your spam folder.

Aplogies for the poor experience. I have checked your account and can confirm the subscription was cancelled on Dec 28 2021 and the subscription was charged as per terms
