I don't even use Adobe Stock. Why am I being charged? And I didn't sign up for it, I only use After Effect. I want my money back that Adobe Stock kept without my consent.
I just checked my payment today. So cancel it all. I want refund From Adobe Stock Plan.

you must cancel it yourself:  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

after cancelling, double check your account shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I understand I won't get a refund; it was too difficult for me to access what I needed.
But will I have to pay an additional cancellation fee?

There are two ambiguous issues:
1. Adobe Stock charges a one-time monthly fee, which I did not consent to.
2. Why am I now facing an annual cancellation fee?

I only use After Effects!

Hi @mox7hi7_6101,

I can see that you have two annual subscriptions(billed monthly) for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Stock since 8 months. Adobe offers refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days.

Since this is an annual plan, you may need to pay early termination fee for cancelling the plan before term end.

Does this debit card require me to pay extra?

It was originally supposed to be a monthly payment. Why was it changed to an annual payment?

 

I have no problem with After Effects, but I don't use Adobe Stock and have never purchased any packages. Yet I was charged once. I only found out today.
I now understand that I'm being charged an annual fee from Adobe Stock for a month I didn't use, without my consent.

I understand that I won't get a refund, but will I have to pay an additional cancellation fee?

Thanks for the update, Mox, and I am sorry you did not find more value in our offerings. Adobe Stock and After Effects are annual commitments with monthly payments. What you described, Mox, would be an annual plan where you pay for the entire year at once. We do offer that for some plans, including After Effects. Please be aware that when you cancel Adobe Stock, you will lose any unused credits. You may want to see if there is anything you want to purchase from Stock, with your credits first, before completing the cancellation process listed in https://adobe.ly/3L2S3Lf.
