Reajuste no valor da assinatura

Eu costumava pagar R$69,00 por mês em meu plano, no mês de julho foi cobrado R$165,00 não recebi nenhuma notificação do reajuste do valor, simplesmente foi cobrado do meu cartão. Gostaria de receber o reembolso e efetuar o cancelamento da minha assinatura.

contact adobe support to discuss what was probably your annual renewal.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
