How best to contact Adobe on a recurring charge that is not associated with any of my subscription plans?

 

Attempted to contact first level chat support, and the agent couldn't find why my bank card is being billed monthlyl with a $21.39 charge. The agent went through all current and former email accounts and couldn't find an active subscription, so need help back tracing bank charges. Which US Adobe section should one speak with?

    contact your credit card company to report fraud if adobe denies charging you.
