I received an email that I am entitled to the free 6month subscription on adobe express through my Chegg subscription. I followed all the steps through to downloading the app, yet my account isn't the 'express' version. Pls help?

There are two Adobe Express plans:

1. Free Plan (with limited features).

2. Premium Plan (with full features) for $10/month.
