Redemption Code Questions

Hi all 

Two questions 

1. I bought a code via Amazon - does the code have an expiry if not activated in a certain amount of time? 

2. Does my 12 months start from when the code is activated or when I bought the code?

2. the time is added to the end of any existing subscription (if it's valid for a current one) or starts when redeemed for a new subscription.
