adquiri una cuenta basica de adobe , para la edicion de pdfs, con el uso encontre falencias en la edicion y errores que no justificaban continuar con la suscripcion , al cancelarla me fue debitado el 50% de la  suscripcion equivalente a medio año lo cual me parece injusto y considero politicas como estas promueven el uso de sofware pirata, publique mi reseña en google play store refiriendo mi mala experiencia de donde me redirijieron a este lugar para ayuda en cuanto a la devolucion del dinero y cancelacion de la suscripcion,  cuenta adquirida con el mail <Removed by Moderator>  , producto AB03743400088CCO, agradezco su ayuda.
