Yo cancele mi plan un dia despues de que se terminara mi prueba gratis de illustrator eso paso el 8 de Diciembre del 2024, solicite mi reembolso pero ya han pasado mas de 30 dias y no he recibido mi dinero, necesito saber si me lo daran, ya que mi caso cumple con todos los parametros que requiere la solicitud de reembolso.

Error, Yo si cancele dentro de los dias establecidos para obtener un reembolos completo, LA PRUEBA GRATIS INICIO EL 29 DE NOVIEMBRE Y FINALIZO EL 6POLITICAS.JPGPRUEBA.JPGCANCELACION.JPG DE DICIEMBRE, Posterior a eso me realizaron el cobro del mes completo, PERO YO NO QUERIA, POR LO QUE INMEDIATAMENTE LO CANCELE EL DIA 8 DE DICIEMBRE, ES DECIR SI SU POLITICA DE LOS 14 DIAS INICIALES ES CORRECTA YO ESTOY DENTRO DE ESE PARAMETRO YA QUE SI CONTAMOS EL DIA 8 DE DICIEMBRE COMO EL INICIO ESTARIA ADENTRO DEL PARAMETRO, INCLUSO SI SE CUENTAN LOS DIAS DE PRUEBA TAMBIEN CUMPLO YA QUE LA SUSCRIPCION SE CANCELO EN EL 8/9 DIA DE LOS 14 DIAS INICIALES.  ADJUNTO PRUEBAS
