Active la prueba gratuita de 3 productos de adobe (photoshop, after effects, premier) y el dia 7 de la prueba intente cancelar pero no me dejaba, asi que lo deje en el aire, luego de que me cobraron, cancele la subscripción y en la factura decia que me iban a hacer un "reembolso prorrateado" donde me iban a devolver una cierta cantidad del dinero en 5 dias, y ya ha pasado casi un mes y no me devuelven por otro lado el asistente virtual no puede resolver mi queja ni me pone en contacto con un asesor.adobe.jpg
