Buena stardes, estoy buscando la opción de reembolso y en ningun lugar logro conseguirlo, por favor alguien que me ayude? que luego pasan los 14 dias y no me quieren hacer el reembolso, me cobraron 5 veces mas de lo que venia abonando, una total locura

If you do not cancel in 14 days from the start of your trial your trial becomes a subscription and you then pay a penalty to cancel before the end of the subscription

what was your trial start date?  (check the email from adobe confirming its start)

 

what was your cancellation date? (again, check the email confirming cancellation).
