Necesito mi reembolso, me estuvieron cobrando 3 meses 9.99 de adobe pero NUNCA me notificaron ni siquiera que se iba a actualizar la suscripción ni nada por el estilo. Al menos devuélvanme los 9.99 de este mes!

Enlightened_art, thanks for posting about the unexpected charges to this public discussion forum. I don't see any recent charges or active subscriptions under the account you used to make your public post. Please see https://adobe.ly/4oriAzV for help with locating the account with the active subscription commitment. Once you are logged in with the account that has access to the service, you can follow the suggestions offered by Kglad to self-cancel the subscription. ^JW

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription or start a trial... the link below has the information you need

Also... You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription

RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL
