Refound payment

Hi. I bought sub for ~100$ last year today my sub was renewed and it was sth like ~150$. So i cancel this sub cuz it too much for me right now and i wanna know if the sub was renewed 16.01.2024 and i cancel that in this same day do i get my refound? I dont need anymore Adobe apps so its totally usless for me.

if you have any questions about what you see there, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Normally, you need to cancel before the subscription renews. You will need to contact customer service to check what they can do for you.
