Refund Delay Delay Delay

From your records you will see that I paid for an Adobe subscription almost two years ago. You will also see that I have made numerous attempts to have my money refunded.

The irony of this was that it was confusion on the part of your call centre staff. I simply messaged to say that subscribers should be emailed that billing was pending and give them an option to cancel.

Over the subsequent period I have tried on may occasions to obtain the refund. This has never been credited to my account, or even third-party accounts I have tried to use.

I have been told on numerous occasions that the case will be elevated and dealt with conclusively. This has never happened.

It certainly is an appalling way to treat customers. I travel globally. I work with numerous organisations but I'm at the point where pointless billing issues negate my desire to recommend your products to clients or individuals.

Please do mot send me a list of corporate excuses. I would much appreciate a solid reconciliation in the very near future.

i assume you're already been in contact with adobe support and have open ticket(s).  you should update them, if they've not expired - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html

@RobS23

you can't get a resolution via the forums. also, we can't see what's been done, and not done on either the part of adobe support or your part.  ie, we don't have access to any of your account details.

you'll need to return to adobe support.  that's your only worthwhile option.

Hi @RobS23,

You would not get the help you need at these peer to peer forums, almost all of the particpants on these forums are users of Adobe software with negligible attendance of the Adobe staff. Your issue can be resolved by Adobe employees only and for that you would need to contact support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers
