refund for 3 unused months

New Here ,

Hi,

I subscribed to Adobe Stock (I think it was a 30 or 60-day trial offer), just for a school project. I don’t usually use Adobe Stock. I completely forgot to cancel after the trial, and when I tried to cancel, I saw there were early cancellation fees of €161.95. Since I couldn’t afford that, I kept the subscription by default and it charged me €36/month for 3 months.

I called support. The first call was cut off. On the second call, the agent helped me cancel the subscription without the €161 fee, which I really appreciate.
But for the 3 months already charged, she told me she couldn’t refund because she didn’t know if I had used the subscription.

As far as I know, I did not use Adobe Stock after the trial. Or maybe I used it only during the trial period, but nothing afterwards. I checked my Adobe account and under “Generative AI,” it shows 500/500 generative credits remaining, and it says the credits expire on July 20. I believe this is linked to the Stock subscription. That means I didn’t use any of the features.

Honestly, I never downloaded any stock images. So I believe I didn’t use the service at all after the trial ended.

Since I’m a student and can’t afford to pay €108 for something I didn’t use, I would really appreciate a refund.

Please help me

Thanks in advance.

adobe doesn't monitor your usage just like a landlord (hopefully) doesn't monitor how many times you use a leased appartment.
