Hey there. I had a trial subscription for 7 days for Adobe Acrobat but I already did what I wanted to do before 7 days were up and tried to cancel it. Didn't work and now I payed 18€ for something I didn't want anymore. Any way I can cancel my subscription and get the money back? I also can't find any way to contact support because the website is leading me in a circle.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

In addition to what John said, make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups.

You can also call Adobe for customer support. Use the following page to find a regionally appropriate phone number:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

And also as John said, please be patient with the CSRs. Most are doing the best they can, but like all of us, they're feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Good luck.
