I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC 2020 from Amazon. Can I receive a refund for this?

yes, as @Bernd Alheit stated, you need to ask the amazon vendor for your refund. the amazon vendor would need to ask adobe for their refund.
whether you're eligible for a refund is up to the amazon vendor. whether the amazon vendor is eligible for refund is up to adobe.
