I would like to return the funds for the Acrobat Pro DC subscription for the month, which I immediately canceled.

So you took a subscription, canceled during the grace period and want to get refunded?

As of my knowledge, after canceling refunds are processed and take 5-7 business days to finalize. If after that periode, you are still missing the funds, you need to Contact Customer Care .

I did not have time to cancel the subscription and after the preferential benefit (7 days) the money was written off, after which I immediately canceled the subscription and now I would like to return the debited funds as I did not plan to use your product.
