Refund for subscription

Hello!

I have encountered a problem with my subscription. Basically, I forgot to cancel it thinking that if there is no money on my card, the subscription will cancel automatically. Today I was charged 17.91 USD for subscription, and cancelled it immediately. Will my money be refunded for this cancelled subscription?

Thanks.

It was Creative Cloud All Apps for 17.91 USD paid monthly (for Students), if that helps.

there's a penalty for early cancellation of your one year obligation (= an addition 5 x $17.91 fee).

you should discuss with adobe support if you didn't understand that.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

you can check your account, https://account.adobe.com and/or let us know when your trial/subscription started.
