Refund for unauthorised charge

I was charged for an adobe acrobat subscription that I never subscribed too.

I don't even have adobe acrobat on my computer and I've checked my downloads and recycle bin just incase this is me drawing some kind of blank but there is nothing.

I've cancelled the subscription but I think someone has hacked my account and I will be changing my password but how can I go about a refund?

Please contact Adobe to clear this. If you account is indeed hacked then you should contact your bank as well and cancel your card etc. Best of luck. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

I am also being charged £4.98 per month by Adobe Systems Software but I do not know why and I do not recall requesting any subscription services. Please advise asap
