Refund Issue After Canceling Adobe Plan Within Grace Period

Hello,
I'm reaching out because I subscribed to an annual plan with monthly payments for Adobe InDesign on April 28, 2025, with a monthly fee of CLP $15,640. However, I canceled the plan on April 29, well within Adobe’s 14-day grace period for withdrawing from the contract.

Despite this, I was charged CLP $93,000, which I understand might be an early termination fee for the annual plan. However, according to Adobe’s policy, if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days, a full refund should be granted without any penalty.

Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the amount charged, as the cancellation was processed correctly within the allowed timeframe. The chatbot provided no useful assistance whatsoever.

I would really appreciate any help, contact or guidance on this.
Thank you everyone in advance.

Best regards,

Hi @Daniela S38448547lf79,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. The subscription for Indesign was cancelled on April 30 after approximately 2 months.
This is the reason you were charged.
As you mentioned you subscribed on April 28, you must have received an email confirming that. Could you share that with us?

We are here to help.

This may not be a cancellation fees because that is initmated to the user when he/she is trying to cancel the subscription. This might be an errorneous charge or maybe your cancellation did not go through properly. Did you get an email confirming the cancellation?

This is a user to user forum - you'll need to contact Adobe Support. There's not much anyone here can do for you. There's a chat icon on this page in the bottom right
