Adobe Support Team,
I was promised a refund of $29.99 USD on 15-Sep-2025 (Credit Memo attached). It has now been 14 days, and my bank confirms no refund has been received.
Repeated contact with support has resulted only in “refund is processed,” yet Adobe has failed to provide the legally required ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or transaction reference.
:warning: Under EU consumer law, Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd is obligated to deliver the refund or provide proof of transfer. Failure to do so constitutes unlawful withholding of funds.
Unless this is resolved immediately by either:
I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank, file a consumer protection complaint, and consider small claims legal action.

How many times did i try to contact you? Its all been the same. I dont have any hopes about the money now. Adobe just scammed me 🙂 btw i got the email that says i will be refunded.

Yeah, i thin so. I have asked many times but have not been given it. I am only offered to be sent an invoice and refund letter.

No. I think adobe is scamming people because they cant provide the ARN number. My bank cant help me because they cant locate the funds or the payment without the ARN number.
