I purchased a Creative Cloud subscription on the 12th of August 2025 and cancelled it the same day. As this was within 14 days purchasing I am entitled to a full refund of NZ$580.98. I have not recieved a refund yet.
On August 30th 2025 I filed the case ABD-41437022-J4M1 and spoke with Nepolean over the customer service chat. They assured me that the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days which have passed with no refund recieved. Because my subscription is "cancelled" I am locked out of speaking to a real person and am unable to contact anyone via a phone call.
As of the 10th of September 2025 I have yet to recieve any refund from Adobe.

It is impossible to find or navigate to the Support History menu. Is there any other way to get in touch with an adobe staff member?
