Dear Adobe Support,
I opted for a free trial of Adobe Pro and Illustrator, and while I cancelled the Pro trial in time, I may have forgotten to cancel the Illustrator subscription. I noticed a charge of $34.49 USD for Illustrator on September 13, 2024, despite having no activity or use of the app.
Since I do not require the app and it was an oversight on my part, I kindly request a refund for the charged amount. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to process this request.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
