I had an adobe trial subscription for a month, i forgot that the subscription was attached to my card, i transferred money to my card yesterday and i was charged for a new subscription, although there is a week left till the end of the new month, how can i get my subscription money back? i was charged at night yesterday, i cancelled it in my profile in the morning and why didn't the subscription just get cancelled after a few weeks without payment?
If this has happened to you, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do next:
1. Self-cancel via Adobe Account:
2. Check Subscription Terms and Adobe's refund policy:

You must take the step to cancel the contract... not paying is not the same as cancelling

No i understand, the same thing has happened to me. i spent the night around my friends, got my mum to put some money on my card so i could get back home and then realised 21 pounds had been taken out of my account from adobe which i had cancelled a couple months ago. i was lit stranded in the dark for hours with no money, and now i cant even get a refund. it's saying i have to pay a cancelation fee of 100 pounds?

start here:

if you still recognize no charges AND never had an adobe trial, contact your credit card provider and report fraud.

if you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel any time without penalty. but be careful: there are annual subscriptions with monthly payments and that's very different.

Hi @hannah_1287,
We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Adobe CC all apps and Adobe After Effects. Both plans are 6 months old.
Refund can only be requested if the cancellation is done within 14 days.
I can see that you have cancelled CC all apps and there is a payment pending for After Effects.
Please make sure you have cleared your dues before cancelling the subscription. https://adobe.ly/4kwGcAP
Let us know if you have any questions.

Same issue here. I thought I needed the product but was unable to use it. I thought I cancelled it already coz I didn't see it in my subscriptions so I was surprised when I received a notification from my credit card that I was charged. I cancelled through the website now but I was being charged USD69 for early cancellation. I want to reverse this charge.
