Refund request

Hello, today at 4:00 PM I was charged 1,777,778 VND for the Adobe Scan Premium 1-year subscription (payment through ShopeePay linked with my bank). I forgot to cancel the free trial and I do not want to use this subscription. Could you please help me with a refund?

if you purchased via a mobile app store, contact that store.

 

if purchased via adobe.com, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within first 14 days(including trial). Please cancel the plan if you do not intend to use it. Refunds may take 12-14 days to process. Learn more: https://adobe.ly/483BXdc

Thank you very much for your kind response to my previous message. I have already submitted a request to cancel my subscription, but I am not entirely sure whether the cancellation was completed successfully.

Could you please help me check and confirm if my account has been successfully canceled?
Additionally, since the payment for the annual plan was recently charged, I would like to kindly request a refund for this transaction, as I did not intend to continue the subscription.

I would greatly appreciate your time and assistance regarding this matter.
