Me ofrecieron una prueba gratuita por 7 días, acepté e inmediatamente me generaron el cobro a mi tarjeta. No autoricé este cobro, solo deseaba validar la prueba gratuita, incluso la cancelé inmediatamente. Requiero un reembolso.

We appreciate you reaching out. Free trial lasts for 7 days only. However Adobe offers full refund if the cancelation is done within 14 days. In this case, the cancelation is done after a month.
