make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi Steve Alfred_Lim5830,

Thanks for reaching out.

I looked into your account and found that you’ve had an active Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription for 2 months and 1 day. The recent charge was made because you're on an Annual Plan, Paid Monthly, which bills monthly but commits to a 12-month term.

Just to clarify, Adobe’s refund policy allows for a full refund only if the subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. After that period, cancellations may incur an early termination fee (ETF) if the plan is ended before the 12-month commitment is completed.

You can find more details about the refund policy and ETF here: https://adobe.ly/4mIf1Vj

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Shivangi
