I want to talk to a human and get my money back for a trial that I didnt use that was installed on my computer by some one who didnt know what they were doing and I refuse to pay 99 for something that was never used so community how <profanity removed> we gonna do that

    Person was doing work on my computer that has my cards saved thats the only way thwy could have used it. It easily could have been an accident by them as well since they never told me that did that. They are my friend so i doubt they were trying to steal or do harm to me
