First of all. I have paid for only one month and I'm pretty sure I remove the checkmark where said ''resume payment monthly'' I recently got a message from a bank that Adobe charged me for a monthly plan and I'm really surprised how?! Although I did cancel my hypothetically ''Plan'' in the 5 minutes after I saw that message when Adobe charged me for this. So now I'm willing to get my money back because you cancel '' my plan '', you charged me and I can't use Adobe at all again or even I don't see a money back in my account. Second of all. I choose plan which is higher price that I remember it was higher because Adobe mentioned that I can choose for myself to pay or not to pay.

SOME programs are available Monthly https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Being-charged-for-a-full-year-when-i-m-on-month-to-month/td-p/10248222 - links and pictures
-the special Photography Plan is ONLY available on an annual plan, with monthly or 1 annual payment

If you are sure you had a monthly plan, not an annual plan with monthly payments...

    To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html
    -or Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
