    Hi @Kegan26617811tyhe,

As per your account info, you have never subscribed for Adobe Photoshop(trial or otherwise). We assume that you subscribed using a different email address.

Could you post your query using the correct email ID?

Please do not share your personal or confidential info(bank details, email address, etc). This is a public forum.

Having said that, we always advice waiting for 5 to 7 business days for the refund to get credited to payment mode.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,

    Shivangi

I contacted support the same day or a day after my account renewed and asked for a refund. I received confirmation four days after my renewal that my case was closed. Almost a full month later, I'm chatting with an Adobe agent about my refund status, and they assured me it will take 5-7 business days max from today. The refund didn't process because of a "technical issue". I have checked the account.adobe.com link and never had the cancellation status updated over this entire month. It's hard to trust the agents when you ask a question and 10 minutes later you're still getting the please give me a moment message. For a company that can design tools that allow AI to manipulate images, you would think the customer service side could benefit from the same engineering team.

There is a ticket because I just spent an hour trying to understand how one could avoid this issue in the future. Seems to me if a refund gets cancelled for whatever reason due to a "technical issue" the system would be designed to catch those cases and at the minimum generate a report so someone could address it, instead of allowing that refund to remain unaddressed until a customer sends a request to chat.

as best you can tell, is everything on-track now?

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum
