I want my refund because you guyz are charging me cancellation fee and I tried several times before to cancel my subscription but it was not getting cancelled and today when it's finally somehow cancelled you are charging me $31 for it

you should have two confirmation emails from adobe. one for your trial subscription start and one for its cancellation.
what are the dates of each of those two emails?
