I canceled my annual plan on 20.07.23. During the cancellation process, I was told that a certain amount of refund would be given to me, and I even waited for my month to be completed just for this. However, instead of paying 1692₺, this amount was automatically withdrawn from my account. How and why? Even on the monthly plan, there was no withdrawal of this much money. I would not have made this cancellation if I had not been told that a refund would be made. please fix it, i'm just a student.

contact adobe support and ask. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Ideally, there are cancellation charges imposed if the subscription is cancelled before term end.
