Refund
Hello. I wanted to cancel my Adobe membership. My membership was automatically renewed and my credit card was charged for the annual membership. I noticed a few hours after it was charged and canceled it. My annual plan was canceled but no refund was issued. When I contacted support, they told me there were no pending refunds. Can't I get a yearly refund for a new membership that I haven't even used once? My membership renewed on April 4 and I canceled it immediately, but I still haven't received a refund.
