REFUND
i would like a refund and to talk to a ACTUAL PERSON NOT AI. but i am not sure how to get one. i changed my plan from the creative cloud all apps 100 gb plan to the creative cloud photography plan with 1 tb (which is $20 without tax.) days before i would have been charge the $60 without tax for the 100 all apps plan. but instead of just changing the plan it charged me for the adobe 100 gb plan (which i don't want) AND the photography plan. trying to talk support about it through chat is useless. i can't afford to just be loosing money like that. ;~; i have no idea what to do or if i can get that money back which really sucks bc i don't have a lot of extra money to start with. i have sense called the all apps 100 gb bc i can't afford at all to be charge $60 again. 😕😕
