Hi ! This is my first time trying to get a refund from adobe. It's harder then what you think. You would assume that getting a refund is easier , but it's not. I am actually very disappointed with adobe. There customer service is not very good. Is there anyway you guys can refund the programs I had. I had it less then 2 weeks maybe a week the most, the pricing is outrageous.

They'll help you with the process.

You had 14 days from download in which to try the software & cancel without penalty. 

After 14 days, there are no refunds.  Those are the TERMS you agreed to when you joined.

 what's the date if your trial start?

what's your cancellation date?

 

you should have emails from adobe showing those dates.
