I requested a cancellation and refund of £21.14 in June 2025 after the payment was taken out of my account in May 2025. I've noticed the amount has never been refunded as it's still pending in my PayPal account.

 

Please can you refund it now and confirm you have done so.

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
