  1. Hello! I accidentally did not unsubscribe to the trial period in time. I did unsubscribe on Google Play a few hours after yearly fee had been charged. I would like the fee re-embursed, is there further step than unsubscribtion needed? Thank you.

Hi there

I hope you're doing well, and I'm sorry to hear about the issue.

I checked your Adobe account and saw that you signed up for the Acrobat Premium plan on May 13, 2025, with a 7-day free trial. The plan now appears to be cancelled, and I couldn’t find any charge for it (as it was still within the trial period)

If you were charged, could you please send us a screenshot of the charge receipt and the Google Play Store order number (it usually starts with "GPA")? This will help our billing team to investigate it further.

Same happened to me!

I canceled the trial but I see now that I was charged yesterday for 121 DKK, and the subscription isn't in Google Play either.

I would like the reimbursement thank you, of course I can prove the transaction from my bank if needed
