Hello, I have subscribed to Adobe. Hetta sent me a message about this. Your subscription is not active. But I was charged $30 today

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

i don't know what "Hetta" is, but are you seeing a problem?  eg, does your cc desktop app, for the apps for which you've subscribed, as trials instead of available for install?

 

if yes,
