Remove Unused Credit Cards

How the actual expletive do I get in contact with someone to remove some unused cards on my account? I follow the directions and then it takes me back to self help crap. I have searched the forums, the internet, and everytime I am sent in a loop.

We should not have to chase after Adobe for this. The web site should give you the option of removing a credit card you no longer wish to use. I am going through the process right now and all other vendors I use allow me to do this. It is against the law not to allo an individual to have their payment information removed easily.
