My account was associates with Russia. But after the war started, I changed my payments detail . Everything was okay. After some moments, i have decided to cancel my plan. Now I want to renew it, but I cannot because of my region written here (Russia). I live in other country. Can I upgrade my region ow I should do?
contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
