Request for Discount or Support Regarding Recent Price Increase
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I’m a student and have been using Adobe Creative Cloud for some time now—both for my school projects and small freelance jobs. Your software has truly helped me grow creatively, and I’m grateful for that. However, the recent price increases have become really difficult to manage, especially for someone like me who is trying to make ends meet on a tight student budget.
To be honest, it’s disheartening to see prices go up so much when nothing has changed on my end. I didn’t choose for these changes to happen, but I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences—and right now, it’s pushing me to the edge financially.
Adobe isn’t just a tool for me; it’s an investment in my future. But if the current pricing remains, I may have no choice but to cancel my subscription, which would be a huge setback for my studies and my work.
I’m reaching out to ask—hoping, really—if there’s any possibility for a student-specific discount, a flexible payment plan, or any other kind of support you can offer. I believe in Adobe and I want to continue being a loyal user, but I can only do that with a little help.
