Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund for multiple charges that were made to my account without my authorization.
On November 9, 2024, I subscribed to the Premium Pro Plan (₩28,000) and the Adobe Stock Plan (₩36,000). However, I canceled the free trial shortly afterward and have not accessed or used any Adobe services since then.
Despite this, I have been charged ₩70,400 every month. The detailed payment history is as follows:
- Dec 24, 2024 – Order No. BL2959997076 – ₩70,400
- Jan 17, 2025 – Order No. BL2988092258 – ₩70,400
- Feb 28, 2025 – Order No. BL3016472028 – ₩70,400
- Apr 17, 2025 – Order No. BL3073907376 – ₩70,400
- May 16, 2025 – Order No. BL3102491897 – ₩70,400
- Jun 16, 2025 – Order No. BL3131380276 – ₩70,400
- Jul 17, 2025 – Order No. BL3160497694 – ₩70,400
- Aug 16, 2025 – Order No. BL3189774457 – ₩70,400
- Sep 16, 2025 – Order No. BL3219273585 – ₩70,400
A total of **₩70,400 × 8 = ₩563,200** has been charged.
Since I neither intended to continue the subscription nor used the services, I kindly request the cancellation of these plans and a **full refund of ₩563,200**.
Please review this case and advise me on the next steps to complete the refund process.
