Hello Adobe Support team,
I hope you can help me. I recently discovered multiple charges from Adobe (about 4 invoices) that I did not knowingly authorize or subscribe to. Because I’m a minor, I have been using my dad’s card for purchases, and I was not receiving receipts or notices. I had no intention of activating a subscription.
Here are some details to help you locate the transactions:
Adobe ID / email address:<removed by mod>
Approximate dates and amounts of the invoices:
· Invoice 1: 2025. 7. 8., US$34.49
· Invoice 2: 2025. 8. 8, US$34.49
· Invoice 3: 2025. 9. 8, US$34.49
· Invoice 4: 2025. 10. 8., US$34.49
Payment method: credit card
I have not used the Adobe services associated with those charges. (You can check my usage history)
I want to cancel any subscription immediately and request a refund of all these charges, because they were unauthorized or unintended from my side.
Given that I did not knowingly agree to these recurring payments and was unaware of the subscription, I'm kindly requesting that you reverse those charges and refund the full amount. I understand that Adobe’s policy allows refunds in certain cases (especially if within 14 days), and I hope you can make an exception given my situation.
Please let me know what information you need from me (screenshots, order numbers, proof) and how we can resolve this as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @Eunbyeol_Ko7748,
We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you two plans associated with your email address.
1. An individual plan for Adobe Illustrator(paid monthly) since 3 months.
2. A team's plan for Creative Cloud.
The invoices you have mentioned are for the individual plan. If you do not intend you use it, you can cancel the subscription following the steps listed here: https://adobe.ly/48ll51O
I hope it helps.

You have just learned a very important lesson... DO NOT enter a credit card number if you don't know what you are doing
