Dear Adobe Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently cancelled my Adobe subscription and was notified of an early cancellation fee of USD 149. While I understand this is part of the terms and conditions, I am currently facing some personal financial difficulties and would sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
I kindly request if it's possible to waive or reduce this fee as a one-time exception. I have enjoyed using Adobe’s services and may consider rejoining in the future when my financial situation stabilizes.
Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your kind consideration.

Hi @rasara_6672,
Thank you for reaching out.
Upon checking, I can see that you previously had an Adobe Stock plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. It appears that you have already initiated the cancellation process for this plan, which was an annual subscription billed monthly.
Please note the following:
If a plan is canceled within 14 days of purchase, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.
After the 14-day period, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value applies. For instance, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month, you would be charged 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.
Why is there a cancellation fee?
Annual plans billed monthly are offered at a discounted rate. As a result, a cancellation fee applies if the plan is ended before the full term. You can find more details here:

Since you’ve mentioned facing financial difficulties, I recommend reaching out to our support team directly—they may be able to assist you further with your situation:
