You have to contact Adobe (or the seller). Use the link already given. This is just Adobe users here, customers like you. WARNING: Adobe will not contact you but SCAMMERS WILL CONTACT YOU. Things will get much worse if you tell them your credit card or let them access your computer or tell your Adobe password.

I'm an English speaker and can't read the receipt. Did you buy a single app plan for Adobe Illustrator? If so, follow the instructions here to cancel: How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership​. Since you're within 14 days of the date of purchase, you'll receive a full refund once you complete the steps.

If you have difficulties or need to speak to someone about the double charge, contact Adobe directly via Contact Customer Care.  Sign in with the e-mail used to purchase the software, select Account issues > Cancel my membership > Show me my contact options. We can't refund your money here via the forum, because we are not Adobe employees but rather community members just like you.

If you purchased an older version of AI from a reseller, you will have to contact them directly for a return/refund.
