I originally signed up for the free trial of Adobe thinking I would use it for school projects. However, I only used the service once to draft a document. When I went to cancel it, I was offered an extended trial, and I accepted, thinking I might use it in the future as my school term progressed. Unfortunately, I ended up not needing the service and completely forgot about the trial extension.
Recently, I was charged $20, which I understand is my responsibility for not canceling in time. However, when I tried to cancel the subscription to avoid further charges, I was notified of an $80 early termination fee. Given that I haven't used the service during the extended trial and was unaware of this cancellation fee, I kindly ask if you can waive the fee. I don’t want to continue paying for a service I’m not using, and I wouldn't have signed up had I known this was part of the terms.
I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and support.
