Request to Cancel Subscription and Refund
Hello,
I forgot to cancel my subscription during the free trial period. The payment has already been charged, and I did not intend to continue using the subscription.
I would like to kindly ask you to cancel my subscription and issue a refund if possible.

You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
