Bonjour,
Ce n'est pas un sujet neuf, je sais, mais comment faire pour entrer en contact avec adobe afin de résilier mon plan?
Le bouton "cancel" ne fonctionne pas, et je passe trop de temps à chercher une solution. J'ai bloqué mon paiement, discuté avec un chatbot, mais mon abonnement apparaît toujours actif.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
